NeuroPerformance for Leaders & Organisations
I rewire leaders and teams out of survival mode, so they're ready for what's coming.

The world doesn't need leaders who are fearless.

It needs leaders who fear less.

FearLess Change works with leaders and organisations at the intersection of neuroscience, behavioural psychology, and thirty years of real corporate experience. For the leaders holding their teams through relentless change from every direction.
Still delivering but in survival mode. Reaching their limit.
Not managing the stress response. Rewiring it.

Is this you?

Is your team producing more than ever, but feeling less than ever?

Glassdoor named "fatigue" its word of the year for 2025, with mentions up 41%. 78% of workers say current events are draining their energy at work. 68% of employees describe feeling anxious or overwhelmed about AI, while 74% of their leaders say they feel excited about it. That gap, between what leaders are projecting and what their people are actually experiencing, is exactly where things go quiet, and then wrong.

Here is what AI fatigue actually feels like from the inside. Not a dramatic breakdown. More like: your team has barely onboarded to one platform when the calendar alert arrives for the next mandatory rollout. The work is technically getting done. But somewhere along the way you stopped caring the way you used to.

Boston Consulting Group researchers described workers managing multiple AI systems as experiencing "a fog… that left them exhausted and struggling to concentrate." The invisible labour of AI oversight is what nobody told you about, and almost nobody is treating it.

Most people describe it the same way.

Stuck. Overwhelmed. Scared.

01

If you're a CEO right now

You're being asked to project certainty while privately carrying doubt nobody in your position has faced before. The pressure to hold your team's uncertainty about change while navigating your own is one of the loneliest experiences in leadership. Almost nobody talks about it.

02

If you're an HR or People Leader

You're sitting at the intersection of every fear in the organisation simultaneously. You know another leadership program isn't the answer. What you're looking for, what you may not yet have the language for, is something that works at the level where the patterns affecting change actually live.

03

If you're a high-performer

Some days you genuinely love what AI makes possible. Other days you wonder if the skills you spent years building still matter. And underneath it all, something quieter: the sense that you need to keep proving your worth, and the goalposts keep moving. That's not a technology problem. That's a human one.

Impact stories

What shifts when the work lands.

"I've worked with a lot of leadership programs across my career, but this is unique. The shift in how our leaders show up, with their teams and clients, has been immediate and measurable. I didn't expect it to be so transformational, and to happen this fast."
HEAD OF PEOPLE
Independent Media Group
"I came in carrying something I couldn't name, and left feeling lighter than I had in years. Liesa's support has been instrumental in helping me navigate stress across both my personal and professional life, particularly during high-pressure work moments where I had been operating in unsustainable ways for a long time.

What made the difference was how practical and human Liesa's approach was. She gave me realistic tools to pause, self-reflect and understand my patterns in the moments I felt pressure building, rather than simply pushing through. For the first time, I felt able to lead from my own voice, with more clarity, calm and confidence."
NATIONAL HEAD OF STRATEGY
Strategic Communications Consultancy
"I'm a strong believer in leadership development. This was different. Something shifted in the way they showed up, not just what they knew. The pitch last week was the best I've seen, and I genuinely didn't expect that much change. We won btw!"
MANAGING PARTNER
Technology & Data Analytics Agency

"I needed my team to be able to lead through what's coming. Not just survive it. That's a different thing entirely."

For individuals

FearLess Within.

Most people who come to this work don't come because they're struggling. They come because they're succeeding, and something about it still doesn't feel like enough. The work goes beneath the behaviour, to what's actually been running the show. The shift can often begin in the first session.

FearLess Within is the neurowellness program for individuals. One-on-one, private, and built around you.

For deeper clinical support, private therapy is also available.

And then, you remember what it feels like to love this again...

How to think about it

Most programs install new software on top of the old.

New frameworks, new habits, new communication models, all useful. But if the background program is still running, the old code written in response to environments that no longer exist, everything new you layer on top will always cost more than it should.

What FearLess Change does is find the program. Name it. Help you understand why it was written. And then make a conscious choice about whether you still want it running your system.

Leaders describe it as a deep exhale. A lightness. Like the volume has dropped on something that's been playing so long they'd stopped noticing it was loud.

What makes this different

Most leadership development works on behaviour. FearLess Change works beneath it, on the long-held beliefs and patterns that quietly run the show.

This is where neuroscience changes what's possible. Most leaders know what their patterns are. The feeling before the difficult conversation. The reactive response that comes out before the considered one. The version of themselves that shows up under pressure that isn't the version they want to be.

The problem has never been awareness. It's that the nervous system moves faster than the intention, and until it changes, the pattern doesn't either. That is what rewiring means. Not learning something new. Changing what happens automatically, before the mind has caught up.

I spent thirty years inside that room, leading teams through media, marketing and technology at some of Australia's most significant companies.
Then I burned out.

What followed was the most important thing I've ever done professionally. I went back to study the science of what actually happens to humans under sustained pressure, and completed a Master's to understand the neuroscience behind it. FearLess Change was built on that understanding.

"I work with where the pattern actually lives, not just the thinking about it, but what's happening underneath it. When that changes, your behaviour changes with it. You don't need someone holding you accountable. The old pattern simply stops being the automatic response. You don't just know what to do differently. You actually do it."
