For individuals · Private Therapy

A safe space to work through what is really going on.

Private therapy for when life feels like too much to carry alone.

This is one-on-one therapeutic work. Not a program. Not a corporate intervention. A private, confidential space to work through what is actually happening beneath the surface.

Sometimes people come in crisis. Sometimes the question is simply: do I need a coach, a therapist, or both? Often they come when they have been coping for a long time and have finally decided to stop.

Either way, this is the right place.

Questions before you book.

Do I need a referral or a Mental Health Care Plan to book?

No. You do not need a GP referral or a Mental Health Care Plan to book a session. You can book directly through this page.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 60 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on what you are working with. After your first session we will discuss what a realistic and useful commitment looks like for your situation. Most people notice a shift earlier than they expect.

Can I claim a rebate through my private health insurance?

Many Private Health Funds, including BUPA, cover therapy in their 'Extras' cover. Please discuss this at time of booking to see if this may be an option for you. Appointments are not claimable via Medicare.

Is telehealth available?

Yes. Telehealth sessions are available nationally across Australia and are conducted via secure video call. In-person sessions are available at four Sydney locations. We recommend starting with the free 15-minute call regardless of which format you prefer.

What if I am not sure this is right for me?
